I’m the founder of Emerald Executive Solutions, where I help real estate investors and growing businesses find the right people to help them scale. Before launching EES, I worked directly inside a real estate investment business, so I’ve seen firsthand how much the right person in the right seat can impact an operation—from lead management and acquisitions support to dispositions, operations, and executive support. Today, I work with investors and business owners across the U.S. to recruit and place high-performing talent, with a focus on finding people who actually fit the role, the team, and where the business is going.
