I am a newbie to real estate, however I have always dreamed of being a rehabber. I used to work in fashion merchandising management, “buying” shoes and sort for an off-price retailer. I’ve been able to take almost all the aspects of my training and apply it to buying houses instead! Buy at the right price so you can sell at the right price quickly.
