I got into real estate investing by accident and quickly became addicted to the passive income and freedom that it generates! It has now become an entire family venture and we love teaching others how to invest as well. Our particular niche is student housing but we also own airbnb properties and will flip houses on the side to increase capital in order to invest in more long term rentals! Aside from investing in real estate I love getting outdoors to boat, camp and fish along with going on adventures with my wife and our 2 little girls!
