I've been investing in real estate for 10+ years. I started with my real estate license with the intention to understand the market and cherry pick properties when they became available. I'm currently investing in Indianapolis as well as in Utah using the BRRRR strategy. My next step is multi family projects. I'm interested in buying and holding 16-100 units in the south Utah county area, specifically Spanish Fork and Mapleton. Projections show that the area will double in size within the next 5 years. I love networking and I'm always looking for other fellow investors to rub shoulders with and/or partner with.
