Hi, I currently live in Norfolk, Virginia and I am a Real Estate Investor. My husband and I have one Short-term rental (airbnb) at the moment and have invested as a limited partner into a multi-family syndication. My husband and I have been interested in real estate investing for over 10 years and found BiggerPockets through a google site. We have been a member of BiggerPockets since then because they have a wealth of knowledge with great resources. But let life situations sidetrack us. In this stage of our lives, we are determined to take the leap. - Real Estate Goals - We are interested in creating passive income through purchasing single-family, small multi-family homes with some commercial properties as rentals and other homes as flips. The BRRRR method is interesting to me but still researching and reading about the different strategies. Our long-term strategy is to be set up for retirement, be financially free, and have enough time to enjoy the things we like to do (such as traveling, etc). We would love to learn more and exchange experiences by connecting with other like-minded individuals. Thank you!
