I'm just starting out as a real estate investor. I've worked in the corporate IT world for the past 25 years. I enjoy technology and look forward to using it to help create a scalable real estate investment company. I guess I have a little experience, since I've owned my home for over 20 years. I'm looking to find more properties to buy as investments to augment, and hopefully replace my current income. I'm primarily interested in purchasing properties to flip/rehab. Eventually I could see myself purchasing properties to rent or lease to own.
