I am drawn towards real estate and I plan to use real estate as one of my main wealth building methods. My interest in real estate began after graduating high school I attended a house flipping seminar, then later decided to proceed to complete courses to take the CA Real Estate License exam, which I passed. In between that time, I became a virtual wholesaler and created an educational program to educate others which can be found on BirdDogFlightSystem.com Currently, I am in the process of setting up my real estate foundation and am planning to invest in mortgage notes (1st NPN). Outside of real estate, I teach brazilian jiu jitsu to kids and adults. I am also an active student and competitor. #CashChecksChokeNecks
