Bryan Chattelle

I learned about rental properties and construction at an early age. My father had a few rental properties in California where I grew up and we did all the construction and rental management aspects. My dad had a job transfer and we moved to St. Louis, MO lost the rental management construction side. Joined the Marines Corps shortly after and was busy with that not focused on real estate. Wanted to become a firefighter as was my career in the military. Was injured got out, moved to Denver and really focused on my construction business and growing my rental portfolio.
