Bryan Feltman

I'm a seasoned Regional Property Manager with 15 years of experience with Multifamily REITs overseeing stablized, lease up and new construction in San Diego County, orange County and Las Vegas. I have worked in the San Diego, Orange County, LA, Ventura and Clark County, NV markets. I have managed Multifamily projects in the Development, Lease Up, Renovation and stabilized phases. Over the past 15 years I have been immersed in property management and the various elements related to managing large multifamily projects including marketing, management, recruitment, financial analytics, asset management and dispositions. I would be considered a newbie in the real estate investing world but I'm learning a lot through meet up groups, educational resources, podcasts ( Bigger Pockets is one of the best!) and through business relationships. My current interests include buying and holding for cash flow because my personality strengths excel in connecting, communicating and building relationships with people. I’m interested in working/partnering/networking with investors to gain experience to help with data collection, market research, networking, marketing initiatives, income & expense strategy or just be the “boots on the ground” person. “No problems, only solutions!”
