I was original born and raised in Malaysia. At age 22, I flew alone from Malaysia to USA to pursue my Bachelor Degree in Finance at West Virginia University. After graduated from college, with a $1000 saving in checking account, I moved from Morgantown, WV to NYC to look for a job. It was the toughest moment at that time because with no family support, the saving that I brought along with me just barely enough to pay 1 month rent plus deposit. I lived on Credit card to support all other expenses, food and gas. Within 3 weeks times, I finally got an offer to work on logistic field. After staying that Job for 6 years, then I switch to another company for another 4 years. The taste of being broke is really bitter and sour. Therefore, I decided to jump out from the rat race to learn building wealth & retirement through RE to support myself and family.
