Been interested in Real Estate for a long time. Had my first rental when my wife and I bought a larger home and kept the smaller one as a rental. We had an ARM mortgage in it and held it for a couple of years and had great renters. Looking to get back into it. Worked for a modular home startup company and learned a lot about energy efficiency in homes and hope to grow to building energy efficient residential or commercial buildings.
