About myself
I'm a firefighter in the panhandle of Florida, I've been here for 20 years and looking for properties to begin my journey in REI. I'm new to investing but before I became a fireman I was in construction for 15 years. I have a lot of experience with rehabbing so I'm possibly looking for distressed properties as well. Any info or leads will be greatly appreciated.
