Hey all! I'm Bryce from Idaho Falls, Idaho. My wife and I both began investing in real estate in 2016 by house hacking (before we even knew there was an official term for it). Over the next 6 years, we acquired 45 doors. We ended up transitioning to house flips, as it was more profitable and we didn't have to be a landlord. After COVID, we started a lending company and have been exclusively lending since 2022. Always excited to network with people on here.
