By day I am a hustling cameraman in the Hollywood film and TV industry. I work absurd and inconsistent hours with a smile on my face because I love the craft of filmmaking, being part of a team, and creating something that is much larger than the sum of its parts. I've recently been introduced to the power of real estate investing, and I am devoting my spare time to learning the industry, and hunting for viable (out of state) markets to invest in. I hope to break in with a few small multifamily properties in minor states of distress that I can rehab for equity and rent out for cash flow. I intend to approach REI the same way I do filmmaking. I want to develop strong relationships with local professionals in order to form a team that will stand the test of time. I'm in this for the long game and I know that means I can't go it alone.
