I have been listening to the BP podcast for like 3 years now and I have known for a long time that real estate is my vision towards financial freedom. I am 25, graduated with bachelors in business from FAU in 2020. I haven't been active on here because I haven't had any skin in the game but now I do. I just closed on a duplex and Im working fanatically to get it livable for my girlfriend and myself. I just reached a year alcohol free and life since I quit has been nothing short of awesome. I am so excited to me fellow investors and grow my portfolio!
