I’m a Marine Corps veteran, PMI-certified Project Manager, and Chicago-based multifamily investor/operator with hands-on experience owning and managing buildings in both Chicago and Michigan. I run my portfolio through Sunshine Property International (founded in 2002) and focus on durable cash flow, smart rehab execution, and scaling with disciplined underwriting. My background includes a B.A. in Technology and an MBA in Business Management, which I apply directly to acquisitions, rehab planning, and operational execution. A major part of my investing experience is working with Section 8 / CHA voucher housing, including inspections, compliance, tenant coordination, and maintaining strong property standards in a regulated environment. I’m currently evaluating my next phase of growth—multifamily acquisitions and/or development opportunities in Florida, Texas, Arizona, Virginia Beach, and selective Chicago submarkets where voucher demand and fundamentals support long-term returns.
