Robert Beeman

Hi my name is Robert Beeman, most people call me Bucky. I'm a licensed commercial real estate agent in the state of Minnesota Lic # 40149580. I was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. I absolutely love working in this industry as it has provided so much to myself and those around me. Overall my main focus at this point in time is SE Minnesota with some reach to other parts of the state with specific clients. The main client that I find myself working with is the small businesses trying to grow and individuals that have built a portfolio of real estate over the years and are trying to decide what the next best step is. Some of my favorite projects include converting a old Culligan water softener building to a micro-cinema, renovation of a 15,000 sqft strip mall and renting it to 6 small businesses, and my current focus of renovating a historic building in Downtown Rochester to a restaurant.
