Buddy D.

I am the owner/operator of my tile company Next Gen Tile LLC. I decided to learn a new trade that will add value to flipping properties in the future. I learned the tile trade from my business partner Art Barbosa. He has been working with his father for over 10 years doing tile work. I learned how to do everything related to tile in just 6 short months, I am very talented and detail oriented. My business partner and I provide excellent customer service and detailed craftsmanship. We started our entrepreneurial journey working for Home Solutionz as sub-contractors in February 2018 and left them in March. We worked with Express Flooring from March to May and learned how to run a successful business. We left Express Flooring in order to do our own direct sales in June 2018. Since then we have quadrupled our revenue and have a high sales closing rate. We get contractor discounts with Arizona Tile and Emser Tile, up to 50% off on select tiles. We also get contractor discounts on all materials related to tile work. Since I started this company I have completed 26 jobs to date and we have our work showcased on our website, Facebook, and Instagram. Our company has grown very rapidly in such a short time, we have a storage unit filled with equipment, supplies, materials, and every power tool imaginable. I am very grateful for the success of my company and look forward to the future! Check us out at www.nextgentile.com and search Next Gen Tile on Facebook and Next_Gen_Tile on Instagram. The links to the social media accounts are also on the home page of our website. My current goal is to increase my revenue and net operating income by 2019 in order to hire a crew of tile installers and a team of salesmen/saleswomen. Once my company is fully automated I want to focus on flipping houses. After I have experience with fix and flips, I want to buy rental properties and fully remodel them.
