I am a Building contractor that has a balanced portfolio of 10 properties and am currently in a Joint Venture partnership to aquire up to 50 vendor finance deals over the next 12 months. Vendor finance, and the tools to assist desperate sellers are the future for lending markets. Our vision is to assist desperate sellers to exit the banking system without losing everything and at the same time to assist traditionally unqualified buyers to enter the banking system safely.
