I'm just an older guy who has launched numerous online businesses, and have not found love yet. Real Estate Investing has always been a heartfelt passion of mine, but I could never accumulate the funds I thought I needed to begin, and always maintained a slight fear of the industry. Through studying with many investors, I've learned that a bulging bank account is not needed. It's said, "If you love what you're doing, you'll never work another day in your life." Well, I'm tired of working! RE investing is my last business venture, and I'm going to accomplish this for myself, and family. BP has given me a home base, where I can ask questions, and receive competent answers. This is my last business venture, and my new start!
