My wife and I have single family home rentals in College Station and Katy, Texas. College Stations homes have been student rentals to students at Texas A&M University in College Station and the Blinn College branch campus in Bryan. We would consider expanding into more properties in Bryan/College Station close to campus as well as the Katy area. I work for a commercial mechanical contractor and my wife works for a global energy company.
