Rental Property Investor
I am a Jeffco Colorado native. I left my day job in 2009 and I have invested in residential rental real estate since. I have been fortunate to buy REO / foreclosures and do 4 x 1031 exchanges to build my portfolio. I want a smaller, high quality, all cash flow portfolio. I recently bought my first ski condo. That helps fuel my 100 day plus ski season. I am always interested to network with like minded individuals.
