I’m a Chef by trade. I currently own three restaurants on Maui with my two best friends. My wife and I were married in 2015. We have two kids. I surf, play soccer, run and golf. Our first real estate purchase is the house that I live in now. We had a tenant that lived in our ohana but no longer because we need the space. We have a short term rental in the Salt Lake area. I'm very interested in buy and holds with short or long term rentals. My goal is to create enough passive income to equal my current income. Experience: We’ve rented out our ohana on the property we live in now. We own a ST rental. Real Estate Goals: Still working on this one, so it’s pretty broad. Create wealth. However my short term goal is to finish construction on our town home in SL and get it set up to ST rent and start looking for the next deal. Currently Seeking: Newer construction, single homes/town home/condos. Good areas where I can short term or long term rental.
