Caitlin Bushong

New to the Real Estate world. Real Estate Agent in the Asheville, NC area! Expanding my knowledge through networking, reading, listening to podcasts and participating in the BiggerPockets forums. My goal is to become financially independent through owning and operating rental properties through multifamily units and/or STR. I am highly motivated and ready to achieve greatness. I'm excited to be a part of this community and build/be a part of an effective and passionate team of real estate professionals. As Michael Jordan said, "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships." Get to know me: I am an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, camping, mountain biking and climbing. I enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a good book. I love animals, not reptiles. I am married to my best friend who is living her career dream as a dental hygienist. My career dream was to be the director of Health and Wellness at the YMCA of WNC - Asheville. After 4 years of working my way up at the YMCA I obtained this title and held it for 7 months before COVID. Once COVID happened I left the YMCA and have been looking for a new path. 3 years later, insert real estate. My story is just beginning, and I'm convinced everything has led me to this mountain and I’m ready for the climb! It's time to make the most of it and be the best I can be.
