Caitlynd Fawn Born-Dohm

Hello! I hope you guys are having a great morning and an even better cup of coffee! My name is Caitlynd, and I am a local Realtor®, meaning I am a member of the Realtor's Association of Citrus County - something not all agents can say! I am also a member of RPAC, which is a legislative committee for real estate, and YPN, which is the young professional's network of Citrus County. I have spent countless hours, days, weeks, months researching real estate investing, and it is part of the reason I am a real estate agent today, among other things! I can't wait to launch my own REI model, but in the meantime, while I prepare, I look forward to helping others launch theirs! I will be just as passionate (but still logical) about your investments as you are, and I will put forth my every effort to make sure you have a smooth transaction, and the best decision. I have always had a passion for real estate and exploring new places, but now, instead of simply scrolling through Zillow for fun, I joined the National Association of REALTORS® and signed up as an agent with EXIT Realty Leaders, a franchise of EXIT Realty Corp International, which has been owned and operated by the Wade family since 1999! Here, I am surrounded by an amazing team of like-minded individuals comprised of client advocates, market experts, and people that have been around and know a thing or two! In this age of endless technology, having stellar communication, innovative ideas, and a streamlined process has never been more important. In between listings and closings, my time consists of reading, writing, spending time with my family, and taking informal photos of nature. I am so honored to help my clients.
