Caity Quinn

I am a short term rental investor with a budding interior design business. I offer e-design consulting for airbnb investors: I help you create gorgeous and inviting interiors so that people choose to stay at your place over the competition. I am passionate about creating unique and inspiring vacation rentals that nourish the heart and soul, and I know how to work with small budgets. Here's a free tip: always buy 100% cotton sheets. You can get a queen size set on Amazon or Target, and your guests will sleep sweat-free. This is a small investment that gives great returns. Don't fall into the trap of trying to cut corners on every little thing! The extra $25 for good sheets will translate into happy and satisfied visitors, and will increase your profits as they leave 5* reviews.
