About myself
Houston, TX house hacker, pre-approved for ~600k for an FHA 203k. Looking to purchase a small multifamily (2-4 units) with an FHA 203k loan, renovate the building, live in 1 unit, and rent out the other 2-3 units. Will be working at Baylor Medical Center and so need to be within a 10-minute commute of Baylor, otherwise very flexible on property.
