I'm a 28 year old Real Estate Agent and Investor in Louisville, Kentucky. When I came across Bigger Pockets after watching one of Brandon's webinars I became infatuated with the idea of Real Estate investing rather that just being a transactional agent in my area. I'm in the beginning stages of my investing career but want to pursue house flipping with the idea to use those funds to get myself into the STR and LTR strategies.
