Dwight W.

Retired Army Staff Sergeant. I've always been interested in the world of real estate and I'd like to make real estate investing a full-time career. I have taken and am in the process of completing a few real estate investing courses. In my spare time I enjoy riding, repairing, and customizing motorcycles and all other types of power-sports equipment. I also like to stay fit. My goal in life is to help others while helping myself. My desire is to build my business and my net worth while helping others to do the same. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile :) Experience: I've bought and sold three homes, one FSBO and two through a realtor. I picked up some knowledge but not enough to hit the ground running. I am presently continuing my real estate education by attending local real estate investor meetings held by the CFRI. Real Estate Goals: My goals for the near future are to buy and sell at least 5 properties and buy and hold at least 5 properties. My future goal is to buy and hold multi-family units, rehab them, and make them into literal "homes away from home" for qualified renters. Currently Seeking: Bird dogs or other real estate entrepreneurs that are interested in making money locating motivated sellers of distressed properties in situations such as; mortgage lates, pre-foreclosure, short sale with multiple liens, or upside down on the property with multiple liens in the Osceola/Orange Counties of Florida. I am willing to work jointly with any investor on their project as a consultant. I do minor rehabbing/landscaping or any necessary admin work. Also seeking knowledge and wisdom. I don't want to be a victim of "analysis paralysis"! I've collected a lot of information and I've been filtering it and filing it. I've made it a priority to continue educating myself and also to take action.
