They say the sooner you start, the better. Hopefully that puts me in a pretty good position. I'm currently a 17 year-old high school senior trying to learn and absorb as much information about Real Estate and multi-family investing as I can get my hands on. I'll be a freshman at the University of Arkansas this upcoming year (Majoring in Finance and Investing) and I want to get started in real estate while in school by purchasing my first few rental properties by the time I receive my college diploma.
