Experience: I am a former real estate agent from Brooklyn and Manhattan and I own an investment property in Brooklyn. I relocated to Westport, CT and formed Stony Point Partners, LLC. SPP LLC is a real estate investment company serving Southwestern CT and surrounding areas. We buy homes that need a little love and restore them for sale. Real Estate Goals: Fix and flip properties in surrounding CT markets including, but not limited to: Bridgeport, Milford, Stratford. Buy first short term rental and commercial property by the end of 2019. Currently Seeking: Networking with other investors, brokers, lenders and rehab partnership opportunities.
