Hi all. I am an engineer in the Cleveland, Ohio area and am into rentals and flipping properties. I have a lot of handyman experience. I am starting to build my network and find partners to work with. I prefer to use the BRRRR strategy to build my portfolio from single family into larger commercial units. I have 15+ years experience in carpentry and general home repairs. I have an engineering degree and strong desire to acquire rentals. I have done my first flip, and it went very well, but would prefer buy and hold. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build my rental database to 40 properties over the next 3-5 years. Also, always looking for flips to build capital. Currently Seeking: Currently I am looking to network with people and build a partnership with the right person or people who share the drive I do. I am okay with flips, rentals and learning of other opportunities. Eventually I would like to be invested in commercial real estate as well.
