My husband and I own two companies. One is SBI Development Group where we buy, renovate and sell properties in the greater Chicago area using cash from private lenders across the country. We offer a 10-14% returns to our private lenders. We also own a renovation company (Lotus Home Improvement) that completes all work on the properties. I have a 15 year sales and marketing background in corporate America ranking number one in such industries as hotel, pharmaceutical/biotech and building supply. My husband, a Chiropractor of 14 years, left the clinic taking his skills of running an office staff and books and being very process driven to the construction and REI industry. He successfully manages three jobsites everyday. Yes, I keep him that busy! :) We have a honed in marketing system for finding properties not on the MLS and are able to purchase for deeply discounted rates. Because we work on jobsites everyday, we are adequately able to determine renovation costs and how to bring any property to 2019 selling standards. I have a love or design and because we also have a renovation company I am well versed with what our market is looking for in up-to-date properties. I solidified contracts with product distributors and we do not subcontract our labor meaning more margin for our company and investors. I’m looking to connect with individuals looking to earn money passively on deals that we find, renovate and sell in the greater Chicago area. We always have a pipeline of opportunity keeping our investors happy and returns growing. Let’s connect. Visit our website - SBIDevelopmentGroup.com and check out the investor section. See our renovation company - Lotus Home Improvement. Both located in Lindenhurst, Illinois. I speak to various groups on how to grow wealth passively and taking the fear out of becoming a private lender. I have a few thousand followers across social media and am always looking for people to have on my podcast who can add experience, knowledge and a bit of fun! Let’s connect :)
