I spent my first year learning real estate when the housing crisis hit in 2007 when I applied for a real estate license. That last a year due to the stress and having a small child with health problems. Since then, I've spent years researching titles, buying and selling my own real estate. Ive had a hands on general education of landscaping to include hardscaping (which is a lot of work for a woman) I seek to absorb knowledge from any and all. I have a special interest in beach & lake front properties, short sales, and raw land.
