Charlotte Grace

Investor/Rehabber/Agent. I hold an Arkansas Real Estate License. Looking to connect with buyers and sellers. Currently, I own rentals and raw land in North Central Arkansas. Looking to expand portfolio in Central Arkansas and NWA. I am in the market for wholesale deals or to value-add to multi-family. I also market for deeply discounted off-market motivated sellers and will sell to investors if it is not a fit for me at the time.
