Rental Property Investor
After a 10 year Air Force career I am now a New York University Real Estate Finance graduate student seeking to learn and later launch my own developement ventures. My short term goal is to acquire residential properties to fund my entrepreneurship ventures. I am currently at $4.5K net/monthly. Long term goal is to do $10M-$50M value added redevelopment projects.
