Nathan Wissing brought us two more deals to invest in in 2019. One was an older MF home on an acre with pot plants as the tenant. Paid $67k sold for $105,000 with about $5500 invested in getting ready to sell. The other is a longer project, bought for $415,000, anticipated Sale of $850k with a $225k investment. Wholesaled an assignable contract - $12k. INVESTED - in 2 business related investments About $10k each cash flowing at $323/mo and $197mo. EDUCATION -Attended two multi-day real estate conferences, one John Burly focusing on raising private equity and the other a Than Merrill with a broad investment focus (great education and networking event). NETWORKED - Hosted 11 investor networking groups and met and encouraged a bunch of folks to get busy finding and buying deals. Folks are investing on the other coast, locally and into some very creative deals. Found three investors who placed $150k in my LLC to invest into deals. Lenders willing to lend me money as also increased with 3 new private money investors and 5 new hard money lenders asking for deals to loan on.
