I am a small business owner/contractor interested in buying and holding and or flipping multi-family and SFR homes. I enjoy listening to PB podcasts while working and reading coutless forum posts, blogs and any information I can that pertains to investing in real estate. I am married with 2 little girls that occupy a good portion of my time. I am looking to build a portfolio so I can retire at some point without the stress of not having an income. I also want to generate enough wealth to ensure I can provide for my family in the future.
