I am trying to become a real estate investor. I want to learn all I can about investing in real estate first hand to obtain financial freedom and overall the opportunity to control my life. I want to focus on fix and flip and buy and hold properties which is the strategy that intrigues me the most and will be the end game for me. I am located in Washington DC and looking to invest all over the dmv area before eventually branching out all over the world.
