My name is Carly Stewart and I got involved with real estate investing in early 2017. I've been focused on buy and hold properties and specifically larger multi-family. Over the past 3 years I've acquired 30+ units in Indiana. I also founded Real Data Genius, a platform that helps real estate investors to find new markets and power investment decisions with data. Through my day job, a consultant for Fortune 500 companies, I had seen the impact data can have on performance and I knew that using data to make real estate decisions would be key to my success. Initially, I wanted data to help me figure out where to buy properties as the Chicago market was too expensive. However, I wasn't finding the right tools that would allow me to find cities that met my criteria. That was when Real Data Genius was born.
