I work as a full time pharmacist in NYC. My husband and I started our estate journey in August 2017 and we currently have 5 townhouses and 1 duplex in South Florida. Our short term goal: 1) We are currently looking to buy and hold using the BRRRR strategy for our next property in a new market. 2) Use a 203k loan to purchase a multifamily unit here in NY to ”house hack”. Our long term goal is to continue doing buy and holds on multifamily units using the BRRRR method. We hope to achieve financial freedom and buy our dream home using as little money down as possible!
