Hi, I'm a full time employee at an engineering firm and part time real estate investor and property manager. Am passionate about the real estate world as it gives us and those around us the safety of ownership and the opportunity to reach our dreams. Experience: Prefer buy and hold for passive income, although I've flipped a couple of properties. Real Estate Goals: We want to achieve solid financial independence to help us increase the opportunities to improve people's lives. And a tangible goal, we expect a monthly passive income of >$10K for my husband and I, as well as 3K-5K for members of my family and friends and support the specific goals of those close to me. Currently Seeking: Seeking to acquire and share knowledge and advice to help make the correct financial decisions. I've found amazing tools available on this site and am excited about using them to the fullest. The people on this site are the most valuable asset and resource!!
