I am a Florida licensed realtor and real estate investor. Worked in sales and marketing for corporate America for 31 years- retired early 2013. Currently Own 3 commercial office buildings purchased 15 years ago and 100% occupied with long term tenants. I would like to capitalize on the residential rental market with multi-family properties. I want to learn more about identifying and qualifying multi-family deals. Also want to learn more about non-traditional/innovative sources of financing.
