Hi. My name is Carolyn and I am a real estate investor. I currently have 4 rentals. My properties are single family homes. I have been in the rental business for the better part of 38 years. I currently help connect buyers with the wholesaler, who offers properties in clean, safe areas for $40,000 to $60,000 cash, all in. We have a team in place with rehab specialists, real estate agents and property management companies to assist our clients after the properties are rehabbed. So owners can have the option to flip or rent the properties. Because the homes are owned outright, investors have instant cash flow. Many of our clients have bought multiple properties from us and live off the cash flow. Our company has been in business for 12 years and has handle the sale and rehab of over 2,000 homes.
