I started out in the film industry, working for 8 years in the production office until I decided my life needed drastic change. I've house hacked twice in San Francisco, 1 house flip in the East Bay and have rented out my personal home on short term rental markets. Experience: Buy and hold in San Francisco (2 condos and 1 SFH). One flip in Alameda County. Real Estate Goals: To grow my business by 2 purchases annually, to fully understand how to make a successful flip and feel confident doing so.
