CarrieBeth Sherwood

I help clients find investment deals (long and short-term) in the Little Rock and Central Arkansas area. Not only am I focused on finding off-market properties for clients, but my husband and I have just invested in our first short-term rental in Little Rock. I work for a brokerage that specializes in finding off-market properties and in serving real-estate investors, so I am surrounded by experts that I am learning from daily. Whether you're looking for your first investment property, to scale your rentals, or grow your portfolio-and whether you're looking for single-family or multi-family, I will be available to help you along the way!
