About myself
Locally focused Mortgage Banker (PA, NJ & DE) by day and Real Estate Investor after hours. Started out as an accidental landlord in 2011 when my wife and I kept our condo in center city Philly as a rental (which was severely underwater at that time) when we moved to the burbs. Bought my 1st investment in July 2014 and haven't looked back since. NMLS #139381 www.PhillyMB.com
