I am a residential loan officer right now and work with residential clients acquire mortgages to purchase real estate. I have been involved with residential deals but wasn't the main orchestrator and I am looking to network, shadow, be an apprentice or trade financial knowledge to gain experience and knowledge in commercial real estate.
