I am Amanda. Hi y'all! Me and my mother are reading and learning so we can start buying properties. We'd like to make money while helping people buy homes who might not otherwise be able to. Yeah, I know that sounds hokey - but mom and I want to feel like we're good people. It's entirely self-serving.
