About myself
My wife, Laura, and I own 7 SFRs in DFW, TX and a vacation rental near Lake Tahoe, CA. We are buy-and-hold cash flow investors. We are interested in exploring: 1) multifamily investments in DFW; and 2) SFRs and multifamily units in other markets that have very strong cash flow. We are particularly interested in learning more about 1031 exchanges; specifically, where and what to exchange INTO.
